Keep track of every sale and transaction made on your platform.

Viewing Orders

Access all transactions under Admin Dashboard > Sales > Orders.

• Order Status: Track orders as Pending, Completed, Cancelled, or Refunded.
• Order Details: View the customer info, products purchased, and payment method used.
• Invoices: Every completed order automatically generates a PDF invoice that you can view or send to the customer.

Refunds

If a customer requests a refund, you can process it directly from the order details page. Note that this will also revoke their access to any digital downloads or license keys associated with that order.
