Reduce your support volume by providing clear answers to frequently asked questions.

Creating FAQs

Go to Admin Dashboard > Support > FAQs.

  1. Question & Answer: Provide a clear question and its detailed answer.
  2. Categories: Group related FAQs together (e.g., "Installation", "Payment Problems").
  3. Ordering: You can drag and drop FAQs to change the order in which they appear on the frontend.

Frontend Display

The FAQs are automatically displayed on your site's dedicated help page, allowing customers to quickly search for and find answers to their common problems.
